Group Facilitation

Is your group at a critical juncture and do you want to make effective decisions with full group buy-in?  The Empatia team moves groups through several stages of awareness and connection.  Each person in the group is offered respect and expression throughout the process.  By focusing on the needs of everyone in the group or interaction dynamic (whoever is interacting:  a couple, a team, etc), decisions are made that address all concerns.  This is not a compromise process.  Rather, it frees the energy that was previously engaged in protection and invites that energy to move into a collaborative creative process.  This engenders support from all involved in the co-created outcome.  Contact us for complimentary consultation on our process design and facilitation services.
